To continue supporting our efforts to remain as paperless as possible, Country Pool Service uses tools provided by PayPal to facilitate digital payment processing.

PayPal

We chose PayPal as our payment processor because the company’s invoicing tools are simple and secure, and they allow us to accept a wide range of payment options such as credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks, and of course PayPal accounts. This also eliminates the need for you to share your credit/debit card numbers with us, as that information remains private, encrypted, and invisible.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, that’s not a problem – you don’t need one to pay your bill.

Also, for our maintenance customers who have chosen to pay for services on a monthly basis, we can use PayPal to arrange a recurring monthly bill. The automatic billing means we spend less time creating invoices and processing payments, which translates into lower costs for you. Of course, this does require a PayPal account, but we’ve found that most of our customers already have one, and those who don’t have had no problems or issues setting one up.am_sbypp_mc_vs_dc_ae

Billing Procedures

Unless there are special circumstances or arrangements made ahead of time, all invoices and bills for services rendered are due within 30 days of the date that particular service was provided.

Any balance remaining after 30 days will be subject to a late fee.

No new work will be performed, nor services of any kind rendered, until outstanding balances are fully resolved.

If our efforts to collect that balance are unsuccessful, we will enlist the services of a third-party collection agency, which may result in more fees and could even damage your credit score.
